Halal Pasta Salad with Feta

Ingredients

  • 320g — Molino Penne Rigate
  • 100g — Halal Genovese Pesto
  • 300g — cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 170g — Halal feta cheese
  • 90g — black olives - pitted and halved
  • 1 tablespoon — extra-virgin olive oil
  • to taste — Salt

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the halal pasta for one minute less than the package directions.
  2. Drain the pasta and toss it with olive oil. Place the pasta flat on a sheet pan to cool.
  3. Cut the halal feta cheese into pieces about the same size as the cherry tomatoes. Wet the knife at each cut to avoid crumbling the feta. Combine the ingredients and enjoy!
